Quadra Chemicals acquires food ingredients distributor

Specialty chemical distributor Quadra Chemicals (Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec) says it has acquired "substantially all of the assets" of Prescott & Company, Canada (Mississauga, ON).

Founded in 1922, Prescott is a specialized chemical distributor of Food ingredients and industrial chemicals serving the Canadian market from facilities in Ontario and Quebec.

Operating since 1976, Quadra is a leading specialized Canadian distributor of food ingredients and industrial chemicals with a national infrastructure.
