TER GROUP enters into a European distribution partnership with Raybo Chemical Company

March 20, 2012

With affect from the 1st January 2012, the TER GROUP has appointed exclusive distributor for Raybo Chemical Company, (Huntington, USA) for their complete portfolio of specialty additives for the coatings industry. The TER GROUP will provide sales and application support for Raybo to their customers in a number of European countries including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands.

Raybo has been offering innovative additives to the paints & coatings industry for more than 60 years and currently supplies over thirty products including corrosion inhibitors, dispersants, surface modifiers, and other specialty additives to major coatings producers in the US, Canada, South America, Europe, and Asia.

“As a result of this enlargement of our product portfolio”, explains Dirk Schlatermund, Business Unit Manager Paints & Coatings Europe, “we can offer our customers conclusive solutions for corrosion protection and surface modification in their applications. The partnership is closely aligned with our group strategy both in terms of geographical expansion and portfolio development.” The TER GROUP takes over from former distributor Raimund Müller GmbH in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The existing distribution arrangement with Eigenmann & Veronelli in Italy and Iberia is unaffected by this change.
