New management structure at Bodo Möller Chemie following retirement of the Group's founder

Jürgen Rietschle has taken over the position of Managing Director of Bodo Möller Chemie GmbH, Germany. Together with Frank Haug (Chairman of the board) and Korinna Möller-Boxberger he makes up the Management team based Bodo Möller Chemie Group's Head Office in Offenbach.

Mr. Rietschle has been working for ten years for Bodo Möller Chemie; since 2005 as manager of the Group's Polish affiliate, Bodo Möller Chemie Polska Sp. z o.o, and most recently as Head of Marketing and Business Development in Germany. He was also responsible for procurement, a role that is now passing to Norbert Lorenz. Mr. Lorenz joined Bodo Möller Chemie in 2004 and can draw on many years of experience with the company, most recently as Sales Manager, Additives.

In addition, Ralf Tendera has been appointed as the new Sales Director for the adhesives and polymers markets. Mr. Tendera worked most recently as regional Sales Director for Würth, Germany for ten years having previously worked as Sales Director at VBH. Mr. Tendera will help strengthen the DIY business and the sub-distribution activities.

The founder of the company Mr. Bodo Möller is retiring although he will continue to support the next generation of management in his capacity as a company shareholder and consultant.

Bodo Möller Chemie is family-run company established in 1971 and currently employs more than 85 people in Germany and its subsidiaries in France, Austria and Poland and Benelux. The company has 5 specialised, local warehouse facilities in Europe and Bodo Möller Chemie is also an assessed company according to ESAD II. The Bodo Möller Group will generate more than €60 million of total sales in 2012.
