Bodo Möller Chemie Group has further expanded its network of branches in Eastern Europe with the opening of a new office in Hungary. After opening branches in the Czech Republic and Russia at the end of 2014, and new partnerships with Huntsman Advanced Materials and HB Fuller in various Eastern European countries, Bodo Möller Chemie is seeking to strengthen its sales organisation across the region. The new subsidiary, Bodo Möller Chemie Hungary Kft, is based in Budapest and is headed by Managing Director, Otmar Ruhaltinger.

“The intensification of our business in Eastern Europe also requires new structures. The branch in Hungary creates the required nearness to customers, for extensive application-technical support, from the prototype to the series product”, says Frank Haug, Chairman of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group. In Europe, Bodo Möller Chemie, with its headquarters in Offenbach am Main (Germany), already has a broad sales and logistics network. Through the new foundation, the good position of the company will be improved further, so that existing market potential can be extensively utilised.

In addition, Bodo Möller Chemie has also announced that it is expanding its geographic reach to the Arabian Peninsula with the opening of an subsidiary in Dubai, Bodo Möller Chemie Middle East FZE. Basem Siaj has been appointed as Managing Director of the new branch and has many years of experience in the development of Germany-Arab business relationships. The company is looking to further develop its relationship with its key suppliers to the Middle East region, particularly to up-and-coming Arab countries such as Kuwait, Oman, Yemen, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
