Lehvoss Group acquires Gee Lawson Holdings, a specialist distributor of ingredients into the life science sectors

LEHVOSS UK Limited, the UK subsidiary of Lehmann & Voss & Co., has announced the acquisition of Gee Lawson Holdings Limited. The acquisition strengthens the LEHVOSS Groups portfolio to the nutritional and life science sectors across Europe and globally.

Gee Lawson is a leading specialist distributor of ingredients into the Nutritional and Chemical life science sectors across Europe and the US. The London-based company was founded in 1936 and currently employs 34 people.
