Australian chemical distributor, Redox forms subsidary in the United States
Leading Australian-based, chemical distributor Redox has announced that it has expanded its geographical reach to the United States of America. The new entity, Redox Inc., based in Los Angeles, California, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Redox Pty Ltd.

As part of its growth strategy, Redox had been assessing a number of markets for expansion and the management decided on entering America because of its stable business environment, good upside growth potential and its large fragmented distribution market. Redox intends to leverage its buying power, best practices, established networks and considerable financial position in order to drive the rapid growth of its new American office. Besides organic growth, Redox will also be considering acquisitions as a way of rapidly developing its position.
The new subsidiary adds to the company's established operations in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia where it has ten sales offices employing more than one hundred dedicated sales and marketing staff.
