Connell Brothers Expands Presence in India with the acquisition of Personal and Health Care distribution business
Connell Brothers (CBC) has acquired the personal care and health care ingredients distribution business of India's Mascot Universal Pvt as the Group, a division of Wilbur-Ellis Company, continue with their Asia-Pacific expansion plans. Headquartered in Mumbai, Mascot also has offices in Delhi and Bangalore as well its own warehouses, personal care laboratories and pilot plant facilities.

Mohit Lalvani, founder and managing director of Mascot Universal, and his team, will join CBC and lead the newly named Mascot Personal and Health Care Business Unit, under Connell Bros. Company (India) Pvt. Ltd.
