KODA Distribution Group (KDG)acquires Colonial Specialty Chemicals to bolster lubricants and metalworking business
KODA Distribution Group (KDG) has acquired the assets of Colonial Specialty Chemicals (CSC) which it plans to merge with its subsidiary, Monson Companies Inc. The combination of resources and personnel on the metalworking side will help create a market leader in this space for Monson Companies. The enhanced product portfolio and addition of CSC technical experts, will further Monson Companies capabilities with customers in the lubricants and metalworking industries.
