Ter Group acquires Portuguese distributor, ADIQuimica as well as strengthening its position in Spain
Hamburg-headquartered TER Chemicals Distribution Group has announced that its Spanish subsidiary, TER AS PRODUCTOS S.L., has acquired Portuguese distributor ADIQUIMICA from Grupo ADI. The deal also includes Grupo ADI's Spanish Paints, Coatings and Construction division. The transaction was completed on January 1, 2015.

We do not foresee the need for changes in client allocation and will therefore continue to do what our customers are used to: taking care of them while providing excellence in service and technical support.”
