Dublin-based, National Chemical Company (NCC) expands business in the UK
National Chemical Company (NCC), the leading distributor of specialty chemicals in Ireland, have announced the appointment of Chris Bland as a Business Development Manager as part of their on-going expansion of the company's UK business. Chris has over 25 years experience in the chemical industry and he will be focusing on the development of the business in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industry in the UK, building on the success of NCC's business in Ireland.

In the last number of years NCC has hired a number of graduates with chemistry, bio pharmaceutical and food science expertise to add to their growing team. NCC has significant expertise in sourcing raw materials from outside of Europe working closely with partners in the Specialty Chemical Distribution alliance Pluschem. This has allowed NCC to develop a broad network of overseas principals within the chemical industry.
