Banner Chemicals UK, part of the 2M Holdings, signs Worldwide licensing agreement with Pigmentan
Banner Chemicals UK and Pigmentan Ltd have announced the completion of a licensing Agreement which sees the transfer of all manufacturing and the Worldwide marketing rights of the Pigmentan range of environmentally friendly anti-corrosive pigments to Banner Chemicals UK (part of 2M Holdings Ltd).

The Pigmentan product range complements the portfio of speciality chemicals offered by Banner Chemicals and the company believes that both customers and distributors of Pigmentan will benefit from the additional expertise and resource from being part of Banner Chemicals and 2M Holdings group of companies.
Mr Ofer Makov, the former CEO of Pigmentan, will continue to work with Banner Chemicals UK to ensure a smooth transition for the business. Customers have been advised, with immediate effect, that all orders for Pigmentan should now be placed with Banner Chemicals UK.
Pigmentan pigments are based on based on magnesia technology and do not contain heavy metals or harmful ingredients. The products are compatible with solvent or water-based systems and powder coatings and with a large range of resins and binders including Alkyds, Epoxies, PVB, Acrylics and Polyesters.
