Brenntag acquires specialist supply chain solutions company in North America, Philchem
Brenntag, the global market leader in chemical distribution, has acquired Philchem, Inc., based in Houston, Texas. Philchem is a specialist in managing individual supply and demand imbalances in selected product groups utilising long term relationships with key suppliers and an excellent logistics expertise.
