Leading Indian distributor, Ramcharan inaugurates rubber technical service centre
Ramcharan, one of the leading chemical distributors operating on the Indian subcontinent, has announced the opening of a new state of art technical services centre near their offices in Chennai. The Centre was opened in the presence of Mr. B. Jayamani, Secretary of the Indian Rubber Institute, Mr. Divyesh Palicha, Chairman, Ramcharan and Mr. Vinay Jayade, Head of Business Unit Rubber Chemicals, Lanxess India.

The new technical centre is a result of Ramcharan's innovative partnership with global specialty chemicals company, Lanxess, who have transferred the assets of their former Rubber Chemicals Technical Centre in Thane to Ramcharan's new facility. The centre's primary function will be to support customers initiatives in the development, formulation and testing of both rubber and latex compounds and to serve the fast growing rubber markets in South India and Sri Lanka. Ram Charan is also the distributor for Keltan Elastomers and Rhein Chemie and the new centre will also be of benefit to customers of these businesses as well.
