Helm AG has acquired Spanish distributor Geblasa, S.A. to strengthen the Group's position as a leading marketer of Acids and Lyes in the Mediterranean Region. Geblasa, S.A. is a privately owned company founded in 1975 with offices in Madrid, Seville and Bilbao serving over 400 customers in the food, HI&I, paper and metal treatment industries. The company specialises in the sales and distribution of acids, bases and solvents as well as a limited range of inorganic chemicals and represents a number of major multinational chemical companies.
