Ireland's leading distributor, National Chemical Company (NCC) wins Deloitte business award

National Chemical Compamy (NCC) has been named as one of Ireland's ‘Best Managed’ companies in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme. This year's winning companies were recognised at an awards gala dinner in Dublin on 7 March 2014. The Taoiseach (Ireland's Prime Minster), Enda Kenny, TD, congratulated the award winners in a keynote speech at the event.

The Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme (www.deloittebestmanaged.ie), in association with Barclays Bank Ireland, recognises indigenous Irish companies across the island of Ireland which are operating at the highest levels of business performance. NCC also received a special award for their “Commitment to Learning”.

Commenting on the awards, Alan Looney, CEO of NCC said “This is fitting recognition of the commitment of our staff and management and their successful implementation of our growth strategy over the past three years. The special award is reflective of our learning ethos and quest to find new solutions for our customers. We aim to become not only a trusted supplier but a trusted advisor in the procurement supply chain.”
