Sergej Lazovic appointed new Managing Director of Biesterfeld International alongside Frank Diercks
With effect from February 1, 2016 Sergej Lazovic has been appointed as the new spokesperson of the management board of Biesterfeld International GmbH. He will manage the globally active business division of the Biesterfeld Group alongside existing managing director Frank Diercks. As well as being responsible for the overall strategic direction, he will also oversee the operational development of the chemical as well as the plant protection and fertilizer business segments.

Sergej Lazovic (44) brings with him 20 years of international experience in marketing, trading and distribution of chemicals, pharmaceutical active ingredients, and feed and food additives. He worked 15 years with an internationally operating trading company in management positions. As Managing Director, Sergej Lazovic has successfully founded and built the German branch office and European sales network of one of the world's largest producers of amino acids.
Biesterfeld International, which has annual sales of about EUR 250 million, is focused on the international trade of industrial chemicals, chemical specialties, salt, agrochemicals as well as pharmaceutical raw materials and active ingredients.
